These terms govern your access to the SimplyCasa website and the purchase of products through it. We may update them from time to time, and the current version always applies to your use of the site.

We work to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it, limit quantities, or cancel an order where necessary. An order confirmation is sent by email once your order is received.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time. We make reasonable efforts to correct pricing or listing errors and may cancel affected orders.

Shipping timelines, costs, and coverage are described on our Shipping Policy page. Risk of loss passes to you upon the carrier's delivery of your order.
