Refund Policy
If something isn't right, we'll help you make it right. Here's how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Contact us with your order number to get started.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds — sale items cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear. Items returned used, damaged, or without their original packaging may qualify only for a partial refund.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. Reach out with your order number and we'll make it right.
